About Us

Construction has been in the House family for over 60 years. Today, that tradition is strongly being carried forward.

Bubba House had a vision.  He watched his father and grand-fathers put up fence, cutting through the hard rock of Central Texas, but he also watched them build peoples dream homes in East Texas. He wanted to create his own construction company where he could use the knowledge acquired from his family and pass it on to his children as well. He envisioned a constuction company that would become a leader in the metal industry; a company known far and wide for its superior work in fencing and metal buildings.

So in 1998, he started Bubba House Construction in Huntsville, Texas. From the first dog kennel he built over 10 years ago, to a custom-built all metal home recently, Bubba has now decided to reach out to the North Texas area and open a new metal fabrication facillity. Not only can he build it for you, but he also stocks the steel and fencing materials for the "Do-it-Yourselfers." And if/when you need that extra single foot piece of steel to complete your project, Bubba can always help out.

Because of that, we created Rafter H Constuction;  accommodating your in-house welding and fabrication and constucting additions to your property.  As we hope you can see as you navigate through our website, we can custom build anything for you in our facility or on your property.
